I was in construction and management of senior housing for five years. This included 360,000 square of living for senior citizens as well as 27 acres of landscaping. After that I became a certified home inspector for five years. I believe these two experiences can help me when I look for homes for my customers to see.
My training includes going to the American Home Inspectors Institute and receiving a Home Inspectors Certification.
I also have received Realtor status which means I have completed a ethis course with National Association of Realtors.
