| We used Ray to help us find a home after a month of trying to do so on our own. We wasted an awful lot of time before deciding to find a Realtor. After seeing all of Rays reviews and he was referred to me by several other people I gave him a call. He has a ton of experience and you want someone like him on your side when it is time to negotiate. He knows Long Island well and will actually work actively on your behalf. I would recommend. The home we want is a short sale-since Ray is our agent-he is working with another Realtor who has no short sale experience. Looks like he will have to hold the other Realtors hand in this process to expedite the file |

| RAY CAME TO MY RESCUE; Previously, I had listed my SHORTSALE with another real estate company who assured me that they "specialize" in shortsales and all they did was waste 1.5yrs of my time with no results. Watching other like houses move grated on my nerves...With so much frustration, I either had to switch or give up...that is where RAY saved me. As soon as I contacted Ray, we started making immediate progress. I say "we" because his personal touch kept me involved, informed, and positive. Admittedly, with such a huge time on the market, he had quite the obstacle to overcome. Bottom-line though-- HE DID IT!! Specifically, he worked with Bank of America and I was actually paid $2,500 for the Short Sale closing. UNIMAGINABLE with a property listed almost for 2 yrs! I can´t say enough about Ray and how he helped soothe my nerves and aided my family of six to shed the drain on our finances (UPSIDEDOWN by $165,000). | Having just arrived from the west coast, Ray first helped us to secure a rental, then showed us homes all over the Island. It was a long process to find the right house But well worth it. |

| I could not have asked for a better experience with Ray. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, Ray truly cares about helping his clients. He helped me understand every minute detail throughout the entire process. He always made me feel as if my questions were important and went above and beyond to answer them and make me feel comfortable about any concerns that I may have had along the way. | Just awesome! Enthusiastic, friendly, expert, go-getter, responsive, passionate, and a clear vision - the first few words that come to my mind as I´m writing my review for Ray. For a first time home buyer and someone that worries about things even when there is nothing to worry about, my mind was always at ease working with Ray. Any questions I had were answered in a matter of minutes. Honestly, in the year working with Ray to find the perfect place for me I never waited any longer than 5 minutes for a response to an email or a phone call, it´s bizarre really! No where do you find that level of customer service these days. You literally feel like you are the only person he is working with to help find a home, when clearly, that is not the case. If you use Ray you will not be disappointed, actually, you will likely feel more at ease knowing that he is working for you. The level of professionalism that is unparalleled.
