Certifications

I specialize in Buyers and especially enjoy working with and educating first time homebuyers. I have an Accredited Buyer Representive Certification which is a designation that only about 5% of REALTORs hold. I am also quite internet savvy and can communicate quite well electronically. I am always looking for new technology to make my business more effective and improve my life and those around me.

I also work with Sellers and do my best to educate them about current market conditions and trends. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert who can help you with your property decisions in times of financial distress. I will walk away from a Seller who will not be realistic about the price of their property. It is not worth having a listing just to say I have a listing, my job is to sell real estate.

I am Corporate Relocation Certified.

My success comes from my honesty and I find that it is truly appreciated. I do not always have good news for my clients, but at least they can count on that what I tell them is honest.
