Originally from San Diego California, I have lived in the Phoenix metropolitan area for over 20 years. Married family man with 3 children, 3 grandchildren. I misses the days of coaching my son’s in Baseball, Soccer and LaCrosse. I enjoy reading and nothing makes me happier than spending time with family especially the grandchildren. Found humor to be one of the best medicine to deal with the life's trials and test.

I have earned these titles through the test of time of some 20 years having worked in the Real Estate, Financing and Insurance industries. I treat my clients with a deep compassion and concern for their well being. The passion and faith that I have to help is what my client see in me. Many past clients have become friends. They have return to me time and again for their real estate and financial needs and or questions. This I believe is because I focus on their needs and situations first.
My specialty is in helping families through the difficult process of having to sell their home because of an unforeseen hardship and very often owing more on their homes than the value allows in today's market. In some cases some of these sellers were able to purchase a new home 60-90 days after the sale and were able to avoid a foreclosure.
Before starting my career as a real estate agent, I was a Mortgage loan officer for more than 10 years. Having this previous lending experience has been the foundation that has best prepared me to handle the many nuances that are required for a successful “Short Sale”. In an effort to better assist those that are in the process of losing their home, I have earned the designations of CDPE, CSSN, CIAS and I continue to attend as many seminars and classes as possible to stay current.
The experience gained as a Short Sale listing agent, has allowed me to better assist buyers with the purchase of a Short Sale home and or Bank Owned properties. Am able to assist and answer many questions that buyers and sellers have about their insurance and the mortgage process.
The greatest joy for me is when I see the excitement and satisfaction that my clients experience when they realized their goals of buying or selling their home.
