I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, specializing in representing both buyers and sellers in the sale or purchase of single family residential, single unit or multi-unit investment properties and commercial properties. I am also an expert in short sale and foreclosure properties. My 20 year background in sales, marketing and executive management coupled with my many moves as a result of corporate relocations, uniquely qualifies me to be able to effectively and efficiently handle all of my clients real estate needs. I am certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS). I am also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) giving me the resources and training needed to assist those Seniors who are in transition and I am also certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). I am also Relocation Certified so I can assist those clients who are moving into or out of the area assisted by corporate relocation companies. I am an instructor at the Suburban West Board of Realtors.  I am also a member and Co-Chairman of the Board of Realtors Grievance Committee, an Instructor at the Board of Realtors. I am also certified as a Dispute Resolution Mediator.
