I have always lived in and loved the Puget Sound area.  I was born and raised in Seattle, graduated from the University of Washington, support their programs and bleed purple-and-gold on football gamedays in Husky Stadium!

Presently, I live in University Place, a gorgeous gem on the banks of Puget Sound, home of the 2015 US Open.  My family emigrated to the Tacoma area in the early 1900's from Norway.  It was simply natural for me to return to these Pierce County roots as an adult.  I love the small-town feel as well as the urban resources and amenities.  

Research is one of my passions!  As you are aware, the real estate market is very complex.  I keep a constant eye on the latest statistics, trends and tools available to give my clients the latest information. They are then fully prepared to make their decisions based on facts. I earned my degree from the UW in research.  As in the book and movie "Moneyball" statistics and research usually paints a more truthful picture than what we simply think and oftentimes what we read. I rely on that knowledge to lead and advise clients along our path.  I want to give them that advantage. 

Team play is important to me and it gives my clients the best opportunites for their success. I partner with REALTORS and have hired nationally recognized mentor to keep my skills sharp!  Also, partnering with contractors, inspectors, estate sales experts and home merchandisers gives you an important edge when it comes to home preparation.

What else am I passionate about?  My family and travel.  The two of them mix with my daughter in NYC and my son and granddaughter in Portland!  Throw in a little baseball and Husky football . . . and I am set!
