Karen Cares" is my motto as I am a Realtor that gets enjoyment from making people happy and I do that by helping my clients buy and sell homes.Having the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, I love to act as a Buyer's Agent helping my clients find just the right home and assisting in strategy to get the home at the desired price. Known for being tenacious at follow up and communication, my clients often become "clients for life". I also am very effective at listing and selling homes. Using my marketing expertise, experience and negotiation skills, I get the home sold for the maximum amount of money in the least amount of time. I hold a marketing degree from Clarkson University, Potsdam NY. Prior to entering real estate, I had owned my own small business for 14 years. BUYERS- Holding an ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative) credential, I am fully trained in representing a buyer in the purchase of their home. I excel with first time home buyers and have educational DVD's to help them through the transaction.

My process is to sit and interview the buyer so I FULLY understand what their needs are and WHY. With that information. I start the search sending only options that are within their financial budget. Once the home is selected, I do all of the "behind the scenes" work to be sure the home is priced right and try to uncover any other issues that may be of help to the buyer. Next- is writing the offer, negotiating on the buyer's behalf and the going through all of the inspections and other needed "events" to be sure the home will be theirs.

SELLERS- For sellers, the same attention to detail exists. I believe in pricing right the first time and will be totally honest and truthful with all clients about the value of their home. I am not a "price high and drop" Realtor. The first 3-4 weeks of a listing are crucial for the sale of the home and investing sellers time wisely, I have found, creates the best satisfaction.
