In other words, why should you have to pay the cost for a 4,000 sq.ft. inspection when the home you need inspected is only 3,600 sq.ft.? As a diligent consumer... I wouldn't. In Addition - I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for Sprinkler Systems (with 8 stations or less), and I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA for detached buildings (20' x 20' or less, without utilities).
