Previously, I worked as a stock broker for 10 years, so I am very familiar with the financial services industry. I have been very successful at getting 1st time Buyers into homes. San Diego is a military town and many of my clients have been active duty personnel looking at using their VA benefits. Structuring offers and knowing how to present them is key to getting offers accepted by the Sellers. FHA Buyers are also a large segment of the current market out shopping for their 1st home.
