That's were I come in! Once you schedule an initial consultation, I'll help you figure out what we can do to show off your home's best features. We'll talk about focal points in each room. We may discuss paint colors. I'll show you how to de-clutter (and get a start on your packing). You'll see how important it is to de-personalize so potential buyers can imagine themselves living there. Together, we'll put together a "to-do" list and prioritze it so you'll know what's most important and what could wait. We'll start the process as we walk through. Maybe change a room around. Clear off shelves or counters and showcase a special item.
Now it's up to you to decide if you'd like to finish the work or have my team help you with it. We can do as much or as little as you'd like! You set the budget, we'll work with it!

Debbie Fiskum - I've been re-decorating homes in Colorado and Minnesota for a long time. I have the creative ideas and the ability to see past clutter and disrepair. With my husband, we built our own home in MN and did 99% of the work ourselves. After moving to Colorado in 2004, we bought & sold several houses. Some we've fixed up and sold again, some we've kept as rentals. So, we know what sells and how to stage for sale.
Rick Fiskum (aka Rick The Real Estate Guy)- he's a man of many talents! He's the brain and the brawn behind the work. He can do just about any job that needs to be done to get your house ready if it needs flooring, painting, sheetrock repair, faucets, doornobs or trim.
If we can't do the work, we know people who can and will help you find just the right person at the right price. We realize that it's important to invest in your home to get it sold, but you don't want to spend any more than you need to!
