I have over seven years of experience in the Real Estate Industry as a Real Estate Agent/Broker and have performed hundreds of real estate transactions. I am familiar with various forms of real estate purchases, refinancing, reverse mortgages, home equity loans, and others. I have over five years of experience as a Notary. As a Certified Notary Signing Agent, I have closed hundreds of loans and currently average between 25 to 30 plus real estate loan closings per month. I have an impeccable work ethic and guarantee my work.  I take pride in my ability to follow instructions, and ask questions when clarification is needed to properly complete assignments.

I offer my service as a backup for those occasions when your regular closers may get backed up, or doubled booked, and the loan still needs to close.  Or if for some reason the borrower/purchaser is unable to close during normal business hours, and your regular loan closers are not available.   As a mobile notary, I am able to meet borrowers at their home, place of business, or any other venue that is convenient for them.   

I am a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent and have successfully completed Notary2Pro Basic and Advanced Signing Agent Courses. I have a Certified Background Screening from the National Notary Association.  I have also successfully earned the “Trusted Notary” designation from the National Notary Association. I believe in both personal and professional development and continue to seek ways to improve in these areas.

I realize the nature of this business requires flexibility.  I am able to respond to last minute requests and assignments while maintaining a sense of professionalism.  Ultimately my goal is to successfully complete assignments in a manner that satisfies the borrower and meets all requirements established by the title company, lender, and any other entity involved in the transaction.

I have access to an Attorney’s Office for Home Equity Loans. I service Bexar County, Comal County and Guadalupe County in Texas.  These counties have a large military population.  While I always provide excellent service on each and every assignment, as a twenty year US Army Veteran/Retiree I feel honored to provide services to my fellow military comrades.  As a military retiree I have access to all the local military installations.

I travel with a portable scanner and smart phone.  I have a Brother HL-5370DWT dual tray laser printer and a Dell 2330dn dual tray laser printer in my office, along with high speed internet access, a Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 scanner and efax capabilities.  E-documents and fax backs are no problem. I am bonded and carry $100,000 in E&O Insurance.
