After only 10 years in the real estate business, Phil Slezak leads the top producing Amera Realty Expert Advisors real estate team in the Greater Triangle Area, on track to sell over 100 homes this year. Phil is ranked as one of top agents in the nation for total sales volume and has won numerous awards. In 2013, Phil began working on a book about the drastic changes to the New Real Estate Industry.

This has allowed his team to create a database of over 20,000 buyers that are actively looking for homes in the Greater Triangle Area.
A normal real estate transaction has over 200 separate tasks that require a variety of skills. For this reason Phil has built a full service real estate team specifically for residential consumers. Before starting in real estate sales, Phil worked in various corporate roles including VP of Sales and Marketing for a Vacation Club with Resorts in the Caribbean, CEO of a Marine Construction Company before selling the company that Phil started from the ground up, work for family owned development company in the North East and learned the nuts and bolts of home building and real estate sales. Phil openly admits that he owes much of his success to standing on the shoulders of giants (his coaches) and humble implementation. While Phil loves the real estate business, his true inspiration is his family – Phil and his wife Sandy have three young pets that they took in as strays.

| I listed my house with Phil after having several unsuccessful listings with other agents. Phil was able to generate more showings in the first month than we had during all previous listings combined! Phil is an aggressive marketer, and when an offer came in, it was low. Rather than try to nickel and dime, Phil's recommendation was to counter at full price - he wrote up a strong justification for our full price counter and the buyer came back with full price. Phil was very good through the process keeping us updated on showings and any feedback we needed to address, as well as feedback from the inspections. I can honestly say if you're looking to sell your home, there's no one better than Phil. |

| Phil Slezak worked with me to sell my house in Raleigh, NC. He was very attentive to detail and researched the housing market and suggested an appropriate selling price for my home. If I did not sell it, he even offered to rent it for me as I was relocating to Rhode Island. Even though it was during the housing crunch, he still managed to sell my house! Since I was in Rhode Island at the time, he went the extra mile and helped fix the air conditioner and did other minor repairs just to make sure that it was ready for closing. If you need to sell your house, please give Phil a call as he will not disappoint you! He sold my house, and I am grateful for his efforts. |

| We where going to list our home with another agent and a friend of our s told use to contact Phil since he is direct and just tells you the way it is. Phil told use that we needed to remove the carpets that covered the hardwood floors, redo the hardwood floors, get the house staged, and told use that he could get an additional $10,000 more than the agent we where going to list with. Well to make the this short, Phil sold the house in 5 days and got full price offer. The next time we are looking to purchase a property, or sell again, we will call Phil without any questions ask and will do what exactly he tells use to do. |
