Peg and Jerry relocated from Pennsylvania in 1996 after Jerry retired from Bell of Pa. We vacationed in Myrtle Beach numerous years before Jery's retirement and it has been the best move we ever made.

| Dear Peg and Jerry, I can't thank you both enough for assisting me with my relocation from New Hampshire to South Carolina. I have worked with Realtors in the past but never experienced such dedication, knowledge and commitment to the profession as you both have given to me while looking for my new home. After my 2 year search of finding the right location and house to live which needed to coordinate with the timing of my job transfer, you never once lost patience with me. You devoted many early morning and late evening hours to my last minute demands, questions and fears of the big move; I could depend on you anytime 7 days a week. Your knowledge of the area, reputable builders, SC laws and the real estate process made me feel comfortable with purchasing a new home in an area I was not very familiar with. | My husband and I worked with Peg McGrory starting in August of 2012 long distance. We live in Mass. and wanted to purchase a home in Myrtle Beach for when we retire next Sept. 2014. We told her what we wanted to spend and what style home and that we needed to acquire a rental agency to rent it for us till we move down next year.She always stayed within our budget and sent only homes we would be interested in to live but rent first.We met her Sept. 29th 2012 and looked at several homes that day and picked one. She did all the necessary work because we had gone home and when the home inspection came back bad she handled it and got our deposit back and applied it to the other home which was our second choice.In the end we ended up passing papers the beginning of Nov. 2012 but in the meantime she dotted every I and crossed every T and was the most diligent agent I ever met. We have bought 3 homes previously and had no one who compares to Peg.She worked till 9 pm every night and wouldn't close our file until everything was completed perfectly. She was a joy to be with and actually found us the property mgmt. company and met us after we passed and met our family. We have kept in touch and has become a great friend. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. I can't say enough about her. |
