We have focused our efforts developing our web based property management application for the individual investor. We wanted to create an easy to use, comprehesive tool that would give the end user access to services and tools that would make owning and managing your own rental property easier.
Our research has uncovered that lots of investors would manage their own rental properties and save the 5-10% in management fees if they had the tools, thus the development the TLRM system.
Our backgrounds include real estate investment, web and application development and project management.
