My name is Johnny Davis and I am a rarity...born and raised in Central Florida. However, by my lack of a tan, you would think that I was born and raised in a cave. I have been involved in real estate since the early 2000's and instantly fell in love with it. I wanted to further my knowledge and become a better asset for my clients, so I obtained my Florida Real Estate Brokers License. Always wanting to better myself for my clients and learn more, I obtained my Mortgage Loan Originator License in 2015 and went to work for a large mortgage company in Orlando. While there, I learned the valuable ins and outs of the mortgage business and the extreme importance of attention to detail. However, mortgages wasn't my passion. Real Estate is. I love being with the people. Building relationships. Learning who YOU are. Building trust.

In my years of real estate, I have sold all types of properties: residential, commercial, vacant land, investment properties, foreclosures and short sales. When things get tough and the negotiating table or when we hit a snag in the buying or selling process, my experience kicks in. You enjoy the process and let me handle the tough stuff.

As much as I love real estate, that not all who I am. I am a husband. I am a father to two beautiful girls. I have been blessed with the responsibility of a family and I take that responsibility seriously. I enjoy farm life, gardening (although still learning), the outdoors, church life and sports. I'm a huge sports guy. Don't get me started, this bio will never end...
