Our job is to help you achieve your dreams. Patricia and Chip Erickson have always been close as brother and sister, but now their lifelong relationship has developed into a professional one. The Erickson Group was formed in 2009, combining Patricia's 16 years as a successful Windermere agent and as a sales manager and new agent mentor for the past 11 years in the Edmonds office with Chip's 26 years in the radio advertising industry where he developed a strong background in sales, marketing, promotion and advertising.
One thing Patricia and Chip shared growing up was their family's emphasis on strong ethics and the importance of "doing the right thing". Their integrity is unquestionable and you can be assured that your transaction will be handled with the utmost ethical standards.
