Rochelle began her real estate career in Las Vegas, Nevada working in land development and new home sales, followed by residential real estate and mortgage lending; all the while learning the various facets and workings of the business and winning multiple sales and performance awards. In 2004, Lecavalier relocated to Florida and formed the luxury real estate team that would later become Pink Palm Properties.
Rochelle holds an MBA in E-Business, a B.S. in Business Management as well as the following prestigious designations: Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), held by fewer than 2% of all Realtors, is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute for Real Estate Management and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
