I have lived in the Santa Clarita area since 1981 and have seen it grow and become the safe, beautiful city into which it has developed. I remember the early days where onion fields dominated the now central area of Santa Clarita, and grass filled slopes and oak trees surrounded the small area of Newhall and the blossoming Valencia.
These days Santa Clarita is a bustling economic center with a youthful, upwardly mobile population. Schools are excellent and recreation abundant.
