Phyllis Adam has the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and has been licensed since 1988. She has raised 3 children, two daughters and a son and put them all through college. She enjoys working with first time home buyers and offers a buyer's counseling session to educate young buyers on their first major purchase in their life. Her husband, John Adam, of 3 years is not new to selling real estate. His expertise in the mechanical aspect of homes is used to assist the team during inspections. John has been licensed since 1986. Phyllis currently serves as President of the Million Dollar Real Estate Professionals, Inc. for Carroll County and has been a life-time member of the organization and has held several officer positions throughout the years. She also serves on the local board as a Board of Director for the Carroll County Association of Realtors and has been involved in various committees and fund-raising events within the Association and community. Phyllis has been a RE/MAX agent since 1995 and has received numerous production awards and is a active member of the 100% Club.
