Phil was my realtor when I bought my house. I was so happy with his customer service, I picked him as my realtor when I sold my house. When I bought my house I was living 2,500 miles away. Phil made everything easy and the same when I sold. He is a great person, honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Phil!!

Phil has helped us buy and sell the same home in Franklin County. It was our first time buying and selling, and Phil was very helpful in educating us about the process and what to expect. Considering how busy he is, it is incredible how quickly he will get back to you about an issue or question (always within 24 hours, usually within a couple of hours if he doesn't pick up). Phil really shined when we had a few regulatory/legal issues surrounding the sale of our home. He was able to negotiate with the lawyers and advocate on our behalf to work things out fairly, all while we were out of state. In fact, Phil visited our home to install smoke/CO detectors that were up to code because we couldn't. Had we still lived in Vermont, we would have no hesitation in using Phil as our realtor again. He's top notch, kind, and professional. We'd recommend him to anyone!

Phil was so knowledgeable about homes and properties and the process. I felt like I could ask him anything, and he either had experience with that issue or knew of someone who did. He made home shopping so enjoyable, and made me feel like I could take me time to feel out each home I visited.
