As we walk around and through your home with you, we will take extensive notes and make suggestions on how to accent your home's positive features and eliminate the negative features from a buyer's point of view. We will help maximize your home's selling potential from curb appeal to paint color selections, de-cluttering, re-organizing, accessorizing and proper furniture placement to allow for maximum square footage. We will provide you with an in depth easy to follow written report detailing every aspect of your home - room by room

Assisted Staging To Sell For those who would like additional assistance staging their home, we will work hands on with you ensuring your home shines in it's best light by making the necessary changes as suggested in our Consultation Report. Available by the room or your entire home, we will work within your budget to help your home sell faster and for the most money. We will provide you with before and after photos to your realtor to use for your listing at your request.  

Full Service Staging Our full service package is perfect for vacant homes or those who would like their home fully staged for them. We will handle every aspect of staging your home including recommending and/or hiring and supervising contractors, painters, arranging furniture rental (if necessary) accessory shopping, furniture re-arrangment and more! When we are finished your home will be completely staged and ready for offers!  

Open House Touch-Ups  We will arrive at your home 1 hour before your scheduled open house to "touch up" and ensure the stage is pefectly set for that Lasting First Impression from potential buyers. Seasonal fresh flowers are included! Prior Assisted Staging To Sell or Full Service Staging required.

Re-Design Makeovers Re-designing and decorating is an inexpensive alternative to traditional interior decorating. See what a difference a day can make! By using what you already own and/or for a small investment we will create a brand desing in one room or throughout your entire home. We creatively re-place your furniture, lighting and accessories giving you a brand new room. Together we will "shop" throughout your home for furniture and accessories that you thought may have never worked together before. As part of your make-over will may also recommend new paint colors or small accessories you may want to purchase separately that we feel will add the perfect finishing touches.  

Seasonal Decor We will turn your home interior into a warm and inviting space for any holiday season. In one day we will transform one room or your entire home to celebrate any Holiday Season using creative low cost accessories and decorations combined with items you already own.
