Home is an old brick bungalow in the Sunnyside Neighborhood of Denver. It takes me forever to write about myself. If I wasnt writing a blog right now, I would be flyfishing or mountain biking.
Self promotion is not my favorite task so I'll keep this part brief. In 2003 as a part time property manager and full time marketing director for a chaing of ski shops, I decided to switch gears and make real estate my full time focus.
My first stop was a builder where I managed a huge condo development as an owner's representative. Within 16 months my job became sales and marketing for the same community.
Switching from builder sales to starting a small business as a real estate agent in the slowdown of 2007 proved to be a very fullfilling and rewarding challange.
Going forward, we are a team currently of two with a couple part time showing specialists. 2013 was our best year yet and we looking forward to 2014.

| We used Pete as our realtor for both the buy of our house in 2009 and then again in selling it this summer. Pete has a great working knowledge of the market and was always helpful in answering our questions. Did a good job of keeping my wife and I calm through the stressful points of the process. | Pete had to put up with a lot for the sale of my house. The initial buyer tried to make several changes to the deal before they finally reneged on all of it by failing to deliver the earnest money. Pete kept his cool throughout and I had no doubt that he and his team were doing fighting in my corner. The story had a happy ending with a different set of buyers. Pete's knowledge of the market and his advice on appropriate responses both for the terms of sale and the home inspection were right on and very fair. Particularly since I was out of town for the whole process, his help was invaluable. |
