My name is Perry Allmond; I am a Beaufort Real Estate agent with ERA Evergreen Realty of Beaufort.  In general I am in the buyers and sellers market of Real Estate.   As a listing agent my job is to sell your Beaufort Home in the least amount of time and for the value you as a seller deserve.   As a buyer's agent I will find your home in the least amount of time and for the price you can afford.   A large part of my job is to make sure that the buyer and seller walk away satisfied not only with the transaction, but also the agent.

To pin it down in more detail, I am a Dataw Island neighborhood specialist; I can say this because this is where I live.   I know about Dataw Island including not only the golf courses and tennis courts, but also where to go to see the alligator, porpoises, and what spot to put your crab trap.   Some other areas in Northern Beaufort County worked are Fripp Island, Harbor Island, St Helena Island, Ladies Island, and Cat Island.

In Beaufort I am part of a team of agents that have extensive real estate knowledge.   I came from the world of project management prior to being in the real estate field.  Part of my tasks was applying requirements from government contracts to the product delivered.    Another part of my tasks was negotiating monetary and time issues in changes and setbacks.  These tasks now fit in well with real estate in helping me interface well with clients and negotiating their requests.

I am in the business of making people's dreams of owning a home in Beaufort come true.  I work in Northern Beaufort County and have extensive knowledge of the area.   There are so many areas here to choose from, especially on or near the water.  North of Whale Branch there is Sheldon, Gardens Corners, Dale, and Lobeco.   In between Beaufort and the Whale Branch there is Seabrook, Grays Hill, Burton, and Port Royal.   This is in addition to the areas already listed.
