Our Vision: “To provide service that truly makes a difference”

Our Mission: “Is relationships” We will encourage at every opportunity relationship building. The critical component of success in any endeavor is integrity. Our clients trust is considered to be a huge responsibility. The purchase of any property can be time consuming and demanding, we are here to help, not add stress to a stressful situation. Buyers are often pulled in many directions, Banks, Realtors, Appraisers and Inspectors all require some of your time. You feel pressured to act “Now”. We will never pressure a buyer, nor will we attempt to upsell services.  Our goal is to be greeted with a warm smile and a handshake when we see a previous client on the street.

“It’s No Longer a Dream  They don’t need to speak the words, you can see it in the eyes. The young couple or the single mother making that first purchase. They have made the sacrifices to save for the down payment. Will we qualify? The anticipation is unbearable. Finally the call comes, ”Congratulations” you qualify.  They have spent countless hours working with the Real Estate Agent. .Viewed dozens of homes.  Finally, as they walk thru the house everyone is all smiles, the teens are laying claim to the bedrooms. The single Mom is in love with the kitchen, although the color is butt ugly. The offer is on the table, the inspector presents the report. Everything looks good! The Realtors phone rings, with a confident wink she assures the buyers ” We’ve got this”. The seller has accepted the offer. As she makes the announcement the 12 year old looks up at mom, with out a word you can feel that “It’s No Longer a Dream”

“Affinity Inspection Group wants to be a part of your Dream”

The Park Side Tower remodel involved installing several glue lam beams above a very large hand painted mural in the lobby of the Park Side Tower lobby. The mural was hand painted by a local artist and the owners were very concerned about damage to the artwork. I am pleased to say there was no damage to the artwork. The owners of Parkside Towers were very happy with the results. This project was a success! Tracy Stocking

During the past several years our firm has had the pleasure of working with Tri-Cor Associates on a number of successful projects. Paul Miner is one of the Superintendents that we had the pleasure to work with. Paul completed several projects with us. The Highland Stake Center seismic upgrade and re-roof, Wells Fargo remodel, the First Security Bank are just a few that come to mind. The entire roof was a concern on the Highland Stake Center as the project was started in the spring. There were several sizable rain storms during this time, there was concern for water damage to the interior of the building. I am happy to say that no damage occurred. This was due Paul being very diligent in his duties. Vincent Design Group

I am pleased to recommend Paul Miner to you as a potential superintendent. Paul has completed three schools for the Granite School district. Paul was in charge of Wasatch Junior High, Robert Frost Elem. and Kearns High School stadium. During the Kearns high stadium project Paul & Tri Cor suggested that we have a structural Engineer evaluate the condition of the weld plates on the stadium. This resulted in a change order to reinforce the weld plates and ensure the safety of the students. I found Paul to be a professional, quality minded superintendent. Kevin Horn AIA
