Building lasting relationships by providing the best service possible over the last 20 years is what Paul “Papa” Chavez is all about.  From Waukegan, south to Tinley Park and out west to Dekalb, Paul has vast experience selling residential real estate in the Chicagoland area.  

Born in Guatemala and coming to the US as a young child, Paul’s family struggled to make the American dream a reality.  From 1973 to 1985 his 3 brothers and parents lived in a two-bedroom apartment.  In 1986 Paul’s parents struggled to put a down payment together and bought their first house.  This moment and the feeling of pride and joy is what inspired Paul to get his real estate license.  

Paul has a reputation of always putting his clients first.  From helping a buyer that suffered catastrophic financial hardship and helping them increase their credit score from the low 500’s to over 740; to helping a home seller on a short sale paint his home and make bathroom repairs to pass inspection, he never thinks twice about putting his clients first before all else.

Paul has been married to his wife, Michelle for 23 years and is also his real estate partner as a real estate Attorney.  Together, they have 3 great kids and enjoy charity work and vacationing to Disney World.
