Patty Lynn is a life long New Jersey resident, and has lived in Mendham, Morris County since 1998. Nothing is more important to Patty Lynn than making sure her actions--as a member of the community, a wife, a mother, and yes, as a business professional--reflect her commitment to being respectful, trustworthy, and loyal. Born and raised in Somerset County, Patty Lynn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administraiton/Management with minors in Mathematics and Spanish from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. After moving to Hunterdon County, Patty Lynn went on to work as a systems engineer for a large communications company where she managed development teams in the marketing, sales, and international areas. After receiving her NJ real estate license in 2004, Patty Lynn went on to earn the coveted "Rookie of the Year" sales award in 2005 and has gone on to recieve many other distinctions in the industry. Her specialties include resale, new construction, land acquisition and analysis, and marketing.
