I have been in the mortgage business for 28 years. Within those years I found a passion for doing mortgages. When asked what would be my expertise in this mortgage business, I would have to say I have expertise in all areas. I started my career as a loan processor, then went into originating loans and from their I became a branch manager for some major mortgage banks in the area. Later I choose to go back entirely to originating loans. That is where my passion came into play. I become part of a my clients family's and with that I put all of my energy into their loan. I have the need to educate my clients, as to me ,that is one of the most important things I can do for them. Education of what they are doing, how the loan process works, what to expect, what to look for when they are shopping for a loan more a less I need them to understand what the mortgage business entails.
I have full knowledge of FHA,VA, Conventional and Reverse Mortgages. I dabble into the Commercial lending also. Keeping up to date, especially in today's market, with all the changes that are happening on a daily basis is critical for me to know.
