I have been involved with the local chapter of Women's Council of Realtors, was the State President of Women's Council of Realtors in 2006 and 2007. I am the 2008 Governor for Women's Council of Realtors.
I was the President of the Sales and Marketing Council for the Pueblo Association of Homebuilders in 2006. I was also the chairperson for the MAME awards through the Homebuilders association in 2006.
I was awarded the Colorado Association of Realtors Omega Tau Rho Award in 2007.
I earned the Emerging Leader Award through the Homebuilders Association in 2006.
I hold several designations- GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and have just completed the requirements for the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. I also have taken all the courses for the CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional).
I specialize in residential sales, land, condos, and investment real estate. I enjoy helping first time homebuyers taking the steps to realize their dream of home ownership. I listen to the wants and needs of my customers and help them make important decisions for their greatest investment. I have many experienced contacts for lending, inspections, title, and other areas of expertise.
