I have been so blessed - I have been selling residential real estate since 1985 and loving every minute.  My career started in Wisconsin with First Weber Realty (formerly Merrill Lynch and then Prudential.)  The manager team and CEO are still very close friends of mine.  In fact, I still sell real estate in Wisconsin with First Weber Realty in Brookfield.

In 1997, I relocated to Arizona and have been selling real estate here in the Valley of the Sun.  I live in Scottsdale and work mostly in Scottsdale, however, I do list and sell in all cities surrounding Phoenix.  I am known for my Open Houses.  Almost every Sunday I enjoy having an Open House.  I love working with Buyers.  When their eyes light up, I know I have done my job in finding them just the right house.  What a joy! 

Well, then my work begins:  inspections are the most challenging part of my job - my philosophy is that "a house is a house" and we need to find out what exactly what the pros and cons are of buying this house.  After the inspection, we find just the right lender to get the Buyer the best rate and terms possible.  Then onto the closing.  I love seeing the home after the Buyer lives in the house for 2 months to see what they have done to the home to make it their own.  How can I help you?
