I have performed numerous property inspections for clients writing reports on all conditions that range from pest activity, structural condition, moisture problems, electrical condition, roof system, property grading, exterior /interior wall condition, heating and cooling system condition, and plumbing systems; to fire, health and safety issues. I am able to read various prints such as floor plans, schematics, site maps, engineering and truss plans. I am excellent with visualizing the scope of any size project and can estimate material and labor costs in square feet and linear feet dimensions. I am familiar with lender draw request requirements and percentages of progress payment. I understand the requirements of the HUD handbook 4240.4, REV 2(203(k) Handbook) and all related materials listed in Mortgagee Letter 2000-25.
I am current and in good standing with these licenses, Washington Home Inspector License #833 and WSDA Structural Pest Inspector License #82693.
My experience in home improvement and inspection makes for an effective work write up. My professionalism and work ethic serve my clients by completing the FHA 203k paperwork and working with all parties involved within the FHA 203k program until the project is finished to my clients satisfaction.

| The entire experience was great! He was thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable. I accompanied him through the whole inspection and was able to see first hand the things being evaluated. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and things of immediate and / or future concern. A detailed written report was provided promptly. It is clear, concise, and easy to read. Overall, very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. He was a caliber above other home inspectors that I've worked with. I would definitely recommend this company and plan on referring him to anyone I meet needing a home inspection. |
