My name is Steven Pascua and I am a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Gulfport , Mississippi. I am a long life resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have worked in the customer service industry for the last 19 years. I started my customer service experience as a Front Services Supervisor for Beau Rivage Resort and Casino. I have been a Realtor for almost 10 years. In all aspects of real estate I have learned that you have to be loyal and trust worthy to your clients and help them understand and prepare them for their investment. With my customer experience in hand I would love to be your Realtor.
Most of my experience has been with home buyers whether they are first time buyers or repeditive buyers in finding the right home for them. I also list and sell houses of any price range along the the Gulf Coast area. I work hand in hand with a number of lenders to help my buyers get pre Qualified and to help them throughout their mortgage process. I love my job and I love working with people to help them build their dreams. I also work with many developer/construction company's who build beautiful high end homes to the buyers specifications.
