I am  Licensed Title Representative  for  Lawyers Title, formerly Endress Title,  for 12 years and an active member of the AABOR and HBA of Summit County.  I enjoy working with Realtors, Lenders, Attorney's, Builders and Developers in the residential and commercial real estate market of Akron, OH. 

Having previously worked for 2 smaller title companies I absolutely know the value  Lawyers Title brings to the real estate marketplace. It is easy for me to sell  Lawyers Title because - we have it figured out.  There are many components that make up a smooth closing.  We have specialists in each of these areas to facilitate a smooth closing.
