As a chemist of 18 years when I moved to Florida, my next natural move was to enter the real estate industry, right at the crash!   And after battling through my own great waterfront deal of the century, I decided to learn what was necessary to survive in this new market.  So after my short sale certification, I proceeded to list and sell foreclosed homes.  Many of my clients were second home buyers, investors, and when the tax credit was available , first time buyers.   I sold my first million in 2009 and have progressed on to develop my skills to get ready for the next market,  I have expanded my certification to include the Transinternational Referral Certification which handles international buyers and sellers through a referral network system.   My expertise is in waterfront properties from St. Petersburg to Clearwater, to New Port Richey and Hudson as well as luxury homes in resort communities from Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and Trinity.  90% of my business is from out of state clients.  From snow birds to international buyers/sellers, I have provided detailed customer service that goes beyond the transaction.  My clients become friends for life.  I have developed my business through referral which helps me to give diligent service to my customers.  I am also very connected in the International Networking community. I am a member of the Tampa Bay and Pinellas International Councils and have received  my CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation. The councils meet monthly and also include ambassadors from other countries as well as the Tampa Bay International Business Council to attend meetings.  I have served on the committee of the Tampa Bay Annual Meet and Greet for 2010  I have received  my  Luxury Home Specials Certification with Florida Luxury Realty. Visit me on Facebook.
