Raised in the San Fernando Valley, Bryan Palliccia is not just a Realtor, he is a second generation Realtor.  Growing up with his mother who has been in the business for 30 years he has seen the ups and downs of this market for as long as he can remember, if not directly than indirectly.  Bryan has lived in almost every community in the Valley:  Bell Canyon, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Encino, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, and Studio City. 

 

Although he was practically raised in this business, Bryan actually got his real estate license in 1997.  After working in the movie business for 5 years he made the decision to become a full time agent in 2004, starting out at Coldwell Banker in Studio City.  In late 2006 Bryan made the career choice to take his business to Keller Williams. So far, he couldn't be happier and his clients couldn't be happier either.  

 

Bryan uses technology to enhance his real estate services for each client. Innovative marketing such as direct emails to potential customers and brokers, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Googlebase, Trulia, and custom property websites establish Bryan as a forward thinker in real estate sales. Regardless of how active he is in the industry, Bryan is always accessible via phone, fax or email. Bryan strives to return calls within 2 hours or first thing the next morning, not letting any possible leads slip through his fingertips.

Since the recent decline in the real estate market I have adapted my businness to bring the highest quality services to all of my clients.  I am direct to attorneys who handle REO bundle transactions all over the country and with these connections I can link buyers and foreclosure properties all over the country.   At about 50% LTV, these REO bundles, mostly commercial, are in high demand by major equity firms and investors.  REO Bundles are for only the most serious, cash buyers.  All buyers must pre  qualify and show proof of ability to close.
