Originally from Marlton, New Jersey Jeff and his fiancée Christa moved to Merritt Island, Brevard County, Florida in 2011.  While in New Jersey, Jeff attended Richard Stockton College and pursued a degree in geology.  In 1995 following college, Jeff was hired by Earth Engineering Incorporated a full service Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering firm. He was hired as a staff geologist and rapidly gained greater and greater responsibilities and was named the Assistant Director or the New Jersey Division in 2000.  Jeff’s responsibilities as Assistant Director included project management, client relations, business development, employee management (training and daily scheduling), and geotechnical report/engineering letter preparations. Jeff managed projects within the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey markets which ranged in value from small projects worth thousands of dollars to multi-million dollar projects. While with Earth Engineering Jeff was a valued resource, recognized for providing the highest levels of subject matter expertise and client/contractor-facing interactions. Jeff was respected by managing professional engineers, coworkers, clients, and business partners as a critical provider who consistently delivered in a manner that exceeded expectations.

Once in Florida, Jeff decided to change careers and pursue a career in Real Estate.  He was interested in combining his engineering, construction, and environmental experience with Real Estate. Jeff is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Space Coast Association of Realtors (SCAR).  He specializes in residential (buy/sell), waterfront properties, relocation, and commercial real estate (improved or unimproved).  Jeff believes that his attention to detail, honesty, ability to communicate, knowledge of real estate, and previous experience are an asset to any potential buyer or seller.  So if you would like to deal with someone who believes in hard work, outstanding service and commitment to the client don’t look any further.  Jeff’s goal day in and day out is to deliver results to his clients. Jeff is an avid saltwater fisherman with over 17 years of offshore fishing experience.  His passion for fishing and boating is what brought him to Florida. He owns a 241 Mako center console which is parked in a lift behind his Merritt Island waterfront home.
