Mr. Bussiere is the Broker for Pacific Strand Real Estate and Investments and has over 30 years of business experience.

Barry was honored by being named in: WHO'S WHO IN THE WEST 1980/1981-1983/1984, WHO'S WHO IN CALIFORNIA 1983,1984 and WHO'S WHO IN REAL ESTATE 1983. He has been further honored by being elected three times (1979,1980 and 1989) as Treasurer of the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley Association of Realtors (now part of the Orange County Association of Realtors), and elected as its 1982, 1994, and 1995 President.

As the retiring 1982 President, Barry received several honors, including a telegram of congratulations from the President of the United States, a letter from the Governor of the State of California and resolutions of commendation from the California State Assembly and the Orange County Supervisors. Mr. Bussiere received similar honors in 1994 and 1995.

He has been an instructor in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Principles for Coastline Community College, and holds a lifetime Community College Teaching Credential. In addition, Barry has given numerous financing seminars and participated as a guest speaker in seminars for first time home buyers, real estate finance, and mortgage revenue bonds.

Barry's outstanding performance has afforded him the opportunity to attend the California Association of Realtors Directors' meetings as a State Director. He was appointed by the 1979 and 1980 Presidents of the State Association as District Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Committee, by the 1982 State President to the President's Committee and to a special committee on "New Financial Ventures". In 1983, 1984, 1985, and 1986, he was named to the State Association's prestigious Long Range Planning Committee. Barry has been fortunate enough to have participated in intensive discussions and training programs on real estate with the most successful and talented Realtors in California.

His background in banking, property management, and his degree in Business Administration/Real Estate have been of great value in serving his clients.

Barry has received numerous awards from the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley Association of Realtors, including REALTOR OF THE YEAR, and a President's Special Service Award.

Besides Barry's activities on behalf of organized real estate, he has also served on various committees for the County of Orange and the City of Huntington Beach, as well as serving as a Vice President of the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce. Barry's leadership also resulted in the first use of Mortgage Revenue Bonds for resale housing in the United States.
