I am low pressure and high power. I have diversified experience that collectively provides great depth and breath of my expertise and my ability to finalize real estate transactions that works to the advantage and best interest of my clients.

I have always been involved in real estate in one way or another. I started out in remodeling and later became a general contractor building custom homes. My custom home construction ended when I had 21 spec custom homes that were all under construction when Carter was President and my construction loans went from 13% to 21% in two months. Inflation was so rampant that I had to get quotes for materials on a daily basis and 13% home real estate purchase loans were not uncommon.

I moved into commercial real estate and construction and then into institutional. Along the way I obtained an MBA and LEED AP certification in green buildings. Two years ago, before I got back into full time residential real estate sales, I retired as a US government consultant for the US Air Force near Washington, D.C. in charge of budget and schedule for five multi-million dollar construction projects.

Real estate transactions have always been part of my experience and now I apply this again to residential real estate.
