For the past 20 years I have dedicated myself to all phases of real estate. These include helping people buy and sell homes, managing commercial properties, building homes myself, finding land for developers, and marketing new construction projects. I have achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, and completed the requirements for Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). I have held a construction supervisor's license, and have a comprehensive understanding of the affordable housing laws in Massachusetts (Chapter 40B).
I specialize in residential real estate - helping buyers and sellers. In addition, my new construction expertise includes selecting land for development, designing a project concept, completing the approvals with local and state officials, and marketing the resulting homes or condominiums.
