Dana Sanfiorenzo-Cadena is an expert in both residential and commercial real estate and considers herself utterly fortunate to “live her dream job daily”. With concentrations on investor purchases, luxury real estate, helping buyers’ daily, and marketing bank owned properties, the solid results of Dana's professionalism show in the fact that 91% of her new clients are personal referrals.
Dana's background in real estate finance and marketing are the keys to her profitable business model. An eleven-year mortgage career (1999 to 2010) plus a concurrent ten year real estate business with Keller Williams (2005 to present) have been Dana's intense professional focuses. This extensive industry experience coupled with her degree in Communications and Marketing from Seton Hall University allow Dana to establish and excel quickly.
Dana’s success with clients and colleagues alike allowed her to naturally progress into the role of Productivity Coaching at KW’s Marlboro, NJ office. With KW Marlboro Dana dove right into the role and worked alongside their team of 227 agents. Always growing and exceeding her goals, Dana decided to make the power move to Keller Williams City Life Realty in Hoboken, NJ as a Broker Associate and Business Coach in the Fall of 2014. This has since allowed her to expand her recognized public speaking, training skills, and well-rounded knowledge of mortgage lending and real estate.
Dana is a proud member with several professional networks and organizations that sponsor charitable initiatives, particularly those related to education and children’s projects. She is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Murray Hill and is happily married with a young son.
