Danny Garcia

Los Angeles native Danny Garcia background is heavy in marketing, and managing, real estate. His introduction to real estate came from his summers out of college at Hampton University, working in the family buildings in Downtown. Being a part-time property manager, during the early '90's for his family holdings, gave him even greater valuable experience and insight into the real estate market.

In mid 2004, his first full year at LA Trade Tech, he was credited with an astounding 22 sales transactions, multiple times the national average, catapulting him to the forefront in the industry. In 2005 he focused on more difficult and larger projects: he holds the lead in the most HDFC and free-market co-operative sales in the United States for three years running...and has been noted as the "...king of HDFC co-op sales". In 2005 he closed the highest free market co-op sale, in the oldest co-op building, in Central Harlem. Between 2005 and 2007 he's received numerous awards, such as the Gold Circle award for consistent sales in the $2M - $4M range and awarded for most referral deals outside of California State. He is regularly written up in Los Angeles Times, Carib News, Uptown Magazine, and other media and was a 2006 "Top 40 Under Forty" award nominee by a national business magazine.

Having sold in virtually every borough, a true renaissance broker, Dan represents developers and property owners of premier & distinctive quality properties throughout Upper Manhattan, Upper East & West Side Los Angeles, Compton, Carson, and Riverdale, assisting the discerning buyer in securing the right property within their means. He is selective in choosing prospective clients because a connection with him self is synonymous with a successful marketing campaign through to closing. He displays his proactive approach and unusual marketing skills with fervency and zeal in assuring his client's property full marketing exposure in the most avant-garde mediums.

Although he may be seen at various functions with celebrities and the well-known in film, music, politics and fashion, relationships that he has nurtured over the years, he treats each client and customer, whether new or an old colleague, with the same regard and high professionalism. Frequently quoted in the media, a contributing writer and editorial board member for periodicals, he gives private consultations to developers, co-op and condo boards alike, and is a frequent sponsor and contributor to the Arts and organizations working on the Infant Mortality issue. Dan is also a member of the Institute on Global Ethics, a board member, the Foundation assisting youth in the U.S., Africa, and the Caribbean. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of California. Whether buying or selling each is accomplished by a meeting of the minds. Allow him to make the introduction.
