At the age of 19, David started his real estate career, purchasing his first investment property while attending college.  David spent several years investing in real estate prior to obtaining his real estate broker's license in 2008.  While other agents were leaving the business, David's business grew as a result of being able to fill a critical need--Helping homeowners who owed more than their homes were worth perform short sales, as well as handling traditional real estate sales.

As a Seattle Short Sale Specialist in Seattle, Washington and surrounding areas in King and Snohomish Counties, David's short sale real estate team has spent several years handling the short sale process with banks at no charge to the seller or buyer.  Buyers benefit from this expertise as well, since he also helps buyers avoid many of the pitfalls often associated with purchasing short sales.
