There's a bumper sticker in Texas that reads "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could". 

I was born in South Africa, and left there 11 years ago, to settle in one of the friendliest town in Texas - Austin.    I profess to be somewhat of a relocation expert, having made the big move across the Atlantic Ocean.  I specialize in land (I live on a ranch), and luxury homes in the Hill Country region.
