Wilfred has been involved in various aspects of real estate from investing and renovation to management and sales for over 23 years. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate in old house restoration and renovation having completed several on the North Fork, New York City and New Jersey. After many years of managing a sales division for a Fortune 100 Computer company, he and his wife Veda moved to the North Fork and have been residents for over 12 years. They operate the Arbor View House Bed & Breakfast and Spa in East Marion.

He is technologically savvy and is the chairman of the technology committee of the board of directors and chairman of the technology committee of The Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association (HANFRA).
He is a volunteer instructor in computer basics at the Community Action of Southold Town (CAST)
