I am proud to be a native of one of the most beautiful cities on the map! In addition to unparalleled weather, San Diego offers activities to fit all lifestyles including running, biking, hiking, museums and social networking to name a few. I have had the opportunity to take advantage of many of these including the Dodge Rock n' Roll 1/2 marathon for Leukemia, Susan G. Komen 3 Day Walk for the Cure, the MS Walk and events for the San Diego Humane Society. I take great pride in participating in numerous community activities and am thankful to have a career that allows me to do so.
I first stepped into the world of Real Estate back in 2000 when I began working in Escrow and, in 2007, I transitioned over to the sales side where I found my niche. I am a "people person" and appreciate that this career centers around my clients.
I'm currently with the Downtown Condo Showroom where I work with buyers/sellers as well as property management. My extensive knowledge of the Downtown San Diego market is attributed to being immersed in all areas of the business, day in and day out. I am always aware of the most current and relevent market trends which allows me to advise my clients appropriately based on their wants/needs.
My 11 years of experience in Downtown San Diego Real Estate spans across multiple facets of the business including Escrow, sales and property management.
I've had the privilege of working with an array of clients, all with different drivers influencing their wants, needs and/or interest in Real Estate resulting in experience with rentals, short sales, foreclosures, investment properties, first time home buyers and vacation homes to name a few.
Property management has been, and continues to be an integral part of my knowledge and growth as a Realtor. I manage a continuously expanding portfolio of downtown rentals which provides me with an extensive understanding of current downtown market trends offering the credibility to advise investors on profitable investment opportunities. I understand the commitment that comes with buying/selling Real Estate and make it my priority to best advise my clients based on the most up to date information available.
