Hello!
I'm Nicole, and I LOVE what I do.
Short Story?... I am a Marketing & Administrative Assistant for the rapidly growing Daniel Witt Real Estate Group.
Long Story?... By default, I've become completely absorsorbed into the world of Real Estate. It's been nearly 2 years since I made my career change from the one thing I'd ever know (the food & beverage industry) into something different (at the time, Retail). Shortly after my soon-to-be husband made a career change as well, throwing his entire self into Real Estate under the brokerage Keller Williams. It was unknown to me at the time but this meant that I, too would be throwing my entire self into this industry with him. And so it began with a book that turned into a letter that quickly became a listing. Before you know it we had a SOLD sign in a yard & there was more marketing than I could keep up with because there were more new listings & buyers & SOLD signs than we knew what to do with. Let me remind you that this was not during the hyped up "Spring Market" we'd realized everyone else was sitting back & waiting patiently for. No, this was during the cold January & February months.
Fast forward to today and we are the rapidly growing Daniel Witt Real Estate Group, working hard for each and every client. More specifically, I've uncovered my greatest passions to be print marketing, photography & assisting our clients in building themselves a better life.
Hearing that a new client saved every single flyer with our logo on it is the greatest feeling. And working hard for hours so every listing photo packs a punch
I design custom print marketing that promotes Dan as a Listing Agent & Daniel Witt Real Estate Group as a business. More specifically property & open house flyers, 'Just Listed' & 'SOLD' postcards, door hangers, and full & half sheet flyers as informational & educational marketing materials specific to your targeted area.
Additionally, I photograph properties that will be newly listed For Sale with Dan. Tastefully representing a property through photography is a crucial part of what I do. I believe that this is the key to bringing buyers to see your home.
My most important of all jobs is behind the scenes; being the nuts and bolts that make this machine run. Continuous internet marketing, property descriptions & listing input, keeping every piece of our business organized, and staying 2 steps ahead of the boss are some different aspects that make me a great Administrative Assistant.
