Hello and welcome to my site!
My name is Carol. I've been in several phases of the RealEstate Industry since 1981. My logo is Experience gets Results! This is my full time career and my only source of income.
My career started shortly after my divorce in 1980. My first stop was selling and manageing new construction residential developements for major builders in New Jersey. Upon the urging of a mortgage representative, who I referred business to, I switched to becoming a mortgage originator.
I had the good fortune of working for banks and mortgage brokers. During that time I was recruited by a group of investors to become a field training representative for a new venture on the internet. The concept was to teach attorneys, realtors and certified public accountants how to originate mortgage loans on their web site and earn a commission. Unfortunately it was too complicated for most and the business venture failed. Not having sold resales I was ready for my next education in the world of RealEstate sales.
My RealEstate license is with Better Homes & Gardens Preferred Properties and I hold the designation of GRI. That stands for Graduate of the Realtor Institute. The GRI designation is awarded to Members of the National Association of Realtors upon successful completion of a rigorous criteria which includes both course study and personal productivity requirements. The elite designation is earned by fewer than 23% of all real estate agents.

My office is located in Rumson New Jersey. We call our area the Peninsula area. I am surrounded by the Navesink and Shrewsbury Rivers and the Atlantic Ocean.
We offer a broad range of housing needs. Our towns of Rumson, Little Silver, Fair Haven, Red Bank, Oceanport, Monmouth Beach,Long Branch, West Long Branch are established older communities. We are sometimes referred to the bedroom community because of our easy access to trains and ferrys for commuting to New York.
I periodically hold first time homebuyers workshops at the local libraries and find that equally rewarding in counseling and helping those take their first steps to home ownership.
I also earned a certification called "Top Dogs" to sell and market Commercial Realesate. I am able to accomadate your personal needs in any aspect of your RealEstate search.
