In Real Estate, there are many parts that come together to ensure successful transactions. As an agent, I know that I am one of those parts. I work with loan officers, appraisers, lawyers to get to the closing. I don't pretend to know it all and I know that I can ask questions of my team and get the right answers. Hubris is better left in the legends of folk-lore.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, I enjoy helping you get what you ultimately want. I particularily enjoy working with first time home buyers. There are many mortgages instruments that allow the first time buyers to qualify for a home. And the joy on the faces of the buyers when they get their home says it all.
In working with sellers, I set realistic expectations for what your property can sell for. I won't give you false hopes and yet I will still get the highest price that the market will support.
