I have been an area resident for the vast majority of my life and have raised my family here as well. Although I both list and sell homes to Sellers and Buyers equally, I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative and enjoy working with first time homebuyers. I enjoy teaching first time homebuyers the ins and outs of the homebuyer process, i.e. what to look for in a home, resale value, inspection issues, etc. It is important to me for a first time homebuyer to have a stress free and enjoyable experience.
