| We owe everything to Nicole for getting us out of our nightmare rental--they were not paying the rent and they trashed the place plus vandelized it. Nicole kept us informed about the price increases in the property thereby getting us top dollar, more than we ever iminaged, got the renters out and fixed up the place upon their departure with---broken sprinklers, light/fans, holes in walls and gazebo damage.
