In the Washington DC Metropolitan area (including Maryland and Virginia), AYST prepares homes to be a cut above the competition by creating a model home style using the 3 Ds of homestaging/showcasing.
1. De-clutter: take inventory of items that are necessary to keep while house is on the market; everything else should be boxed and taken away
2. De-personalize: the goal is to appeal to a broad spectrum of potential buyers; therefore, personal items such as pictures, hobbies, knickknacks, liftables should be boxed
3. re-Design: AYST will survey each room and provide recommendations on how to improve the layout of the room with existing furnishings and/or furniture rentals
AYST offers services to a vast clientele from the do-it-yourselfer to furnishing vacant homes. Following are our services:
1. Consultation: AYST will meet with the realtor and homeowner to go over services to fit the needs and budget of the home. Next AYST will take a tour of the home. A detailed action plan (see website www.atyourservicetoday.net for more details of action plans) will be completed for the homeowner.2. Staging: AYST will use existing furnishings and accessories as much as possible to make the home more appealing and marketable. REMINDER: The home is now a marketable product and our "Buyers Eyes" (appealing to a vast population so remain objective) to achieve our goal: quick sale at top dollar. In the event the home is vacant AYST partners with a furniture rental company that has expertise in staging homes.3. Open House: The house is now set to be toured by potential buyersAYST aims to impress a broad spectrum of buyers so a quick sale at top dollar is acheive.
